An Integrated Environment

Information collected in forms, surveys and landing pages can be tightly integrated with Salesforce:

	Create Information You can use completed forms, surveys and landing pages to create information. Example: A web landing page to create a Lead.
	Update information You can use completed forms, surveys and landing pages to update any information. Example: A form emailed to a prospect to update the status and details of an Opportunity.
	Multiple pieces of information Uniquely, Clicktools for AppExchange can be used to create and update multiple pieces of information from one form. So, expanding on the examples above; Example: A web landing page that not only created a lead but also linked the new lead to an existing campaign capturing a status. Example: A form emailed to a prospect that not only updated the opportunity but also updated the Contact record (perhaps with updated contact details) and created a task/event against the opportunity.
