Subscriptions and pricing

Clicktools for AppExchange drastically reduces the time, effort and cost in building forms, landing pages and surveys that are tightly integrated with Salesforce and is available on an Annual subscription:

	Annual Subscription An annual subscription costs $2995 [£1495] per annum and includes one concurrent user license; storage of 10,000 question/field responses and email support.
	Additional User licenses Clicktools is not a solution you will be using every minute of every day so we think it's only fair you can share licenses between as many people as you like. Each user has their own login, the number of licenses you have limits how many people can log in at any one time. On average, a concurrent license will be shared by between 2 and 10 people and additional concurrent licenses cost $399 [£250] a year. Across 10 people this gives access to Clicktools for as little as 75 cents a week!!
	Additional Storage Our customers come in three types. Type a) transfer information immediately in to Salesforce and simply delete responses so therefore have an unlimited capability in their basic subscription. Type b) like to take advantage of the advanced analytics in Clicktools so either purchase additional storage to store, say 3 months of data and use Salesforce for key KPI reporting whilst type c) store everything in Clicktools. Additional storage blocks of 10,000 question/field responses cost $599 [£399] a year.
	Training We provide full on-line help, getting started guides and webinars (plus you have your email support). But, if you require some additional training then this is available in one hour webinar sessions on a topic of your choice, each costing $150 [£80]. You can buy as few or as many as you like and have as few or as many people on the webinar as you like.
	Premium Support Whilst the standard subscription includes email support, you may find want a little more. Premium support provides faster email response and telephone based support on any relevant topic - need advice on a survey, that's fine. Need advice on how best to integrate with Salesforce - that's fine too. All this for only a flat $1995 [£995] per person per year. We'll talk as much as you like - if you want us to 'do' anything - that's consultancy...
	Consultancy If you have a specific project or deadline to meet then we will happily do this for you. We are happy to undertake small jobs (E.g. defining and deploying a custom object for survey results) through to medium jobs (e.g. preparing a campaign with integrated email and survey) through to large definition and implementations (e.g. corporate wide survey programs). We also have partnerships in place with well known Salesforce implementation consultants so are happy to work as part of a larger team. Prices start from $1500 [£800] a day with a half day minimum.
