Getting Started with Clicktools – Ready. Steady. Go!
The Olympic flame has now reached the UK, so we are off the stocks and running in readiness for a summer full of activity, fun, and games. With Clicktools, new users can get started too with three simple steps: 1) on your marks, 2) get ready, 3) and go!
1. On your marks: build your content — Use the Builder to add elements. These can be questions, pieces of text, page breaks, or whatever content you intend to use. Keep in mind that customer interactions aren’t limited to surveys. You could build a questionnaire, landing page, thank you page, event registration, and more. Be creative and create innovative ways to communicate with your valued customers.
2. Get ready: add some look and feel — Use a presentation template to add some branding. Remember, it’s very important to present your company’s brand consistently to create loyalty and recognition with your customers. So, please don’t forget to add your logo (using the upload functionality) to your newly created survey.
3. Go: issue your content — There are many ways in Clicktools to do this. You can issue an email that contains the link to your survey. You can also deploy from a Salesforce report or add a link within your website. Choose the deployment methods that best support your goals.
Try this: Use a QR generator and create a QR code for the survey URL. Add this QR code to publicity posters for event registration. And for a finale, connect the dots and integrate your findings with your CRM by adding mapping. Why not trigger more events to take place by adding some actions, such as a follow-up feedback survey after an event? Use the power of CRM to get even more value from your Clicktools surveys, scripts, and forms.
