The Plan for 2013? Focus on Customer Experience.
The Clicktools sales and marketing team just returned home this week after a three-day offsite session in Flagstaff, Arizona. Joined by executives, David Jackson, CEO, and Andrew Walker, Sales and Marketing Director, we met to review the collective plan for 2013 and, of course, to have quite a bit of fun.
Here’s a photo of a few of us achieving the fun part ;).
On a more serious note, however, after a great 2012, the bar has been set quite high for 2013. Without revealing any specifics, I can report that the sales team is revved and ready to tackle a big new business goal, supported by a mix of integrated marketing programs. These teams will work together to promote the value of Clicktools and to demonstrate how collecting, centralizing, and acting on customer interactions will make a significant, positive impact on customer relationships and as a result, the bottom line. If you want to see how this works, please reach out to SalesTeam@clicktools.com for a demo or check out these options for more info.
Good news for our current customers, our newly named Customer Success team is applying a well-designed strategy for accelerated on-boarding and increased engagement. They are prepared to assist all customers in improving your knowledge and usage of the Clicktools solution. If you don’t know who your representative is, please send a note to acctmgt@clicktools.com and they will happily help you.
So, we’re all quite excited for even greater success this year, building on the strong momentum created in 2012. And as David Jackson articulated during our meeting, even though we work in separate, functional teams, at the end of the day, we are all “Team Clicktools.” That spirit of cooperation is palpable for those of us who serve at this company. We are one team with a shared focus on providing the best customer experience possible – all along your customer journey with us.
Cheers to a stellar 2013!
