Clicktools were mentioned in several presentations, it was also used as the demo application to illustrate the process of downloading an application from the AppExchange and obtaining immediate benefits. This had a hundred eager system admins installing Clicktools from the AppExchange, deploying a survey and syncing the results back into their Salesforce account.
