The more questions you ask, the more places you need to store this data. Many of our customers create custom objects with custom fields that are populated with the combination of both the question and the responses.
Until recently, this was a manual process, which did tend to be time consuming. It also required you to utilize a fixed value field in the mapping that would need to be updated if you modified the question text on the form. Since this feature became quite popular, we decided to make using it easier and more flexible. Now you can populate the question text to your CRM system by adding a new option into the mapping functionality.
