Insights from SugarCon 2015
We attended SugarCon, the progressive, global CRM forum hosted by SugarCRM, this week in San Francisco. This event brings together more than 1,200 CRM and technology leaders for three days of sessions, tracks, panels, and training courses. SugarCon served as the perfect backdrop for the company to introduce Sugar 7.6 and unveil a new vision of CRM as the engine of a powerful, enterprise customer engagement strategy.
We are in complete alignment with the focus of this year’s conference — customer engagement and experience! Talking with Sugar users, partners, developers, and industry leaders at the show, it’s clear that the customer is driving the journey. As such, Sugar is leading the charge to help companies understand their customers’ perspectives and to transform businesses into a new i2i—individual-to-individual—model. Exciting stuff!
Of course, SURVE integrates with SugarCRM and we’re longtime partners. SugarCon 2015 reaffirms our relationship with the company and their community of users. If you’re interested in deepening your connection to customers, SugarCRM is hosting a series of i2i (individual to individual) Customer Journey Mapping Workshops. Participants will create Customer Journey Maps, learn how to bring their Maps to life, and receive personalized analysis from keynote speaker Phil Winters. As part of your customer journey mapping, do not forget to select key points where customer feedback can be collected and acted on! Please also check out our free Customer Journey Assessment to get a head start on improving customer experience.
