DNS Connectivity Issues Resolved
Customers, please rest assured that the DNS connectivity issues you may have experienced today, December 22 2014, have been resolved. The environment is now fully stabilized.
At approximately 01:10 CST, we received notification from Rackspace that they were monitoring a connectivity issue that could impact our DNS environment. Their and our engineers took immediate steps to mitigate impact from this issue; however, some of our customers may have experienced intermittent periods of latency, packet loss, or connectivity failures when attempting to reach rackspace.com or subdomains within rackspace.com.
