Customer Event a Great Way to Kick-off Dreamforce Week
Tonight, as Clicktools held its second annual customer event, it was quite evident that we have a very happy constituency of users who deeply believe in the impact of collecting, centralizing, and acting on customer feedback.
What a great time to hear from our customers and better understand how they use our technology to improve their businesses. As usual, we heard the interesting array of ways that businesses leverage Clicktools for much more than surveys. Web forms seem
ed a popular subject tonight and we heard plenty of stories about how organizations improve customer data by updating contact/lead/etc. records in CRM with information from Clicktools forms.
Things seemed rather predictable (though fun) this evening, until David Jackson, Clicktools CEO, announced the unveiling of a brand new product. A giant green frog appeared in the ballroom and suddenly things got extra interesting.
